Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand there are times when you need to miss an appointment due to changes in your work or family schedule. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the office at least 2 full business days prior to your scheduled visit. If you do not cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another patient from receiving needed medical treatment. Missed appointments without 2 business days cancellation notice will result in a $50 fee which is not a covered service by your insurance. We understand that family or medical emergencies occur and it may not always be possible to notify us prior to missing an appointment.  These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 Late Arrival for Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays may also happen. However, if you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

 Surgery Cancellation/No Show Policy

Due to the large block of time needed for surgery, last minute cancellations can cause problems and added expenses for the office. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a surgery appointment. This deposit will be applied to the amount you owe on the day of surgery. If your surgery is cancelled at least 2 business days in advance, you will be refunded the full $50.00 deposit. If surgery is cancelled less than 2 business days in advance, you will be charged a $50.00 late cancellation fee. The $50 deposit will be applied to the late cancellation fee. This late cancellation fee is not covered by your insurance.
